Charges

Estate agency Villa Nova charges for its services a commission rate as follows:

  • For the sale of a property - 3% of the sale price plus VAT
  • For the purchase of a property - 3% of the purchase price plus VAT
  • For rent or lease of a property - one month's rent plus VAT

Charges of the Villa Nova estate agency are open to negotiation and will be established each time at the signing of an agency agreement.

In certain cases the Agency may charge a fixed fee, instead of a commission. The fee will be established in an agency agreement.

Charges for property management services are a matter of individual negotiation, depending on the scope of activities agreed in a management agreement.

Agency agreements
