About the Agency
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Villa Nova estate agency website. My name is Blanka Przewdzing-Lis, I have graduated from the Catholic University of Lublin and also completed postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Since 2000 I have been a certified estate agent (licence no. 903)*, and in 2002 I obtained a licence of an estate manager (licence no. 12883)*. I am a member of the Bielsko-Czestochowa-Katowice Estate Agents Association (BCK SPON) http://www.bck.pl/ and the STOZAN Estate Managers Association. In co-operation with the BCK SPON and the Institute of a Real Estate Management http://www.ign.org.pl/ I teach candidates for estate agents on professional training courses.
I can guarantee absolute professionalism and the highest standard of estate services. A long-standing professional experience has provided me not only with skills and expertise, but also with perfect knowledge of local estate market in Katowice.
In my agency you will obtain a variety of valuable information and tips on how to prepare to buy or sell a property, and how to make a profitable investment. Apart from professional advice I can guarantee a pleasant atmosphere in which all my customers will complete their deals.
Many of you may be buying, selling or renting your properties for the first time in your lives, so you feel unsure and lost in a maze of regulations and information. An estate professional will navigate you through complexities of law and formalities to the desired purpose - a purchase, sale or rent of a chosen estate. And this is why I invite you to use my experience and services.
